Hi, I'm Emily Sophie
I'm a professionally trained dancer (graduate of Bird College and Broadway Dance Center, NYC) with over 15 years experience working in the dance industry. I'm also a fitness professional-Advanced NASM Personal Trainer, Level 3 Mat Pilates, Strala Yoga 200hr & ETM teacher. On the personal development side of things, I am an NLP practitioner and Manifestation Coach as well as being a published author.
Dance has always been part of my life and has taken me to many memorable places including Norway, Australia, Hong Kong and New York City; most notably, when I performed with Icona Pop live on Good Morning America in Times Square and as a backing dancer for Macklemore & Ryan Lewis at the YouTube Brandcast event in New York City. I also had the great opportunity to choreograph a brand new musical "Science! The Musical" which played in Cambridge, UK.
The personal development and self help love started when I was in my early teens and has grown ever since. My mum (a mental health practitioner) would let me raid her vast self help book collection and we would pull Goddess cards together and talk about life, the Universe and everything and this led me to delving further into these topics and gaining more qualifications.

I truly believe I can help you feel more like your best self through the tools and techniques I use, because these are the exact things I have used to go from an unbelievably shy girl with zero self confidence to the woman I am today who practices self love, pushes out of her comfort zone and believes in herself and her abilities.
