Q: I haven’t done any exercise for a while-is this suitable for me?

A: I created all of the movement videos so they would be suitable for all levels-most notably, beginner dancers. However, if you are new/returning to exercise/are pregnant, I would always recommend seeing your doctor to make sure you are clear for exercise, but this is your personal choice.

Q: I’m not a professional dancer, can I still take the course?

A: Definitely! All the movement videos were created to be suitable for beginner level dancers.

Q: Will this work for me?
